Dr. Femina Syed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from MES College under Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala with a First Rank and Gold Medal where she later joined as Lecturer in the area of Business Administration. After three years of academic life at MES she joined SCMS School of Business. She worked with SCMS School of Business for six years. She also holds Diploma in Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Management to her credit. She is a double post graduate in Business Economics and Business Administration and was a Doctoral Research Fellow (ICSSR) at School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala (April 2012- December 2015). Dr. Femina was the maiden research scholar at Cochin University to have bagged ICSSR Doctoral Research Fellowship for her thesis work. She was conferred doctorate in the year 2017. Dr. Femina qualified NET in HRM/IR/Labor welfare in March 2012 and is a Certified Corporate Director from Institute of Directors, New Delhi. She has also received International Certification on Strategic Leadership from Open University of Malaysia (OUM). After her Ph.D. she joined FISAT Business School, Kerala as Assistant Professor (Senior Grade). After serving FISAT for almost two and half years, she joined Alliance University, Bangalore as Associate Professor in the area of HRM and OB.

She has presented and published articles in various national and international journals/conferences in her area of specialization (Organizational Behavior) and has elaborate experience in Corporate Training, Management Development Programs and Faculty Development Programs in the areas of HRM & OB. She comes with fourteen years of excellent teaching, training and research experience. She has worked as a faculty (HR & OB) in facilitating and coaching graduate and post graduate learners, and is proficient in training managers of various organizations through interactive discussions, hands-on approaches and management games.
